Warranty Coverage
We offer warranty coverage on the following components of your solar energy system:
1. Solar Panels
Warranty Period: 10 to 25 years (manufacturer-specific)
Coverage: Power output warranty (typically 80%+ efficiency for 20–25 years), product warranty against material or workmanship defects.
2. Inverters
Warranty Period: 5 to 10 years (extendable depending on the brand)
Coverage: Operational performance, electrical failure due to manufacturing defect, and internal components.
3. Solar Batteries
Warranty Period: 3 to 7 years
Coverage: Battery performance, backup capacity, and charging efficiency.
4. Mounting Structures
Warranty Period: 5 years
Coverage: Corrosion resistance, structural integrity.
5. Installation Workmanship
Warranty Period: 1 year (from date of installation)
Coverage: Issues related to improper installation, wiring faults, or setup errors.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage caused by natural disasters (floods, storms, earthquakes).
Damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Electrical surges, short circuits, or lightning strikes.
